Rachael UFFENS LISAC-S, ICAADC, SAP
My name is Rachael Uffens and I am a Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor (LISAC) in Arizona, an Internationally Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Addition Counselor (ICAADC), and a Department of Transportation Qualified SAP. I am also an Arizona Board Approved Supervisor, EMDR Trained, and a Certified ACES trainer.
I have worked over a decade as a therapist specializing in addiction, trauma, and mental illness. Through my time as a therapist, my drive to deliver the most effective, culturally appropriate, and trauma responsive care has grown exponentially, for not only the individual but the family and community of which they are a part of.
During my years as a clinician, clinical manager, supervisor, and director working in community mental health and treatment centers, I provided counseling to individuals, families, and groups at all levels of care including Detox, Residential, Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient, and Outpatient while using modalities including EMDR, Family Systems Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Psychodynamic Theory. I believe in the use of these modalities to help educate and process not only chemical and behavioral addictions, but also in helping individuals and families understand family dynamics, the neurobiology of addiction, trauma, cognitive distortions, and relapse prevention planning.
As a therapist I am passionate about providing a safe, open, and trusting space where any individual can find hope and healing in a holistic manner. I find it important to work alongside my clients to help them create an individualized treatment plan that meets their specific needs both interpersonally as well as within their relationships, career, and other major life aspects/functions. Healing happens when your needs become non-negotiable, and Iād like to help find that for each of my clients.
Regina Raybourn LASAC
My name is Regina Raybourn and I am a Licensed Associate Substance Abuse Counselor (LASAC). I specialize in addiction counseling for the individual and/or loved ones. I strive to provide a safe place of understanding and working through the daily challenges of addiction/ chemical dependency. I am also dedicated to meet all clients where they are at in their journey of healing with my therapeutic approach.
I completed my Bachelor's in Science, with an emphasis in Addiction, Chemical Dependency, and Substance Abuse and in 2021 I received my Master of Science in Addiction Counseling. My passion to work in the field of addiction is due to my own personal experiences with addiction and having the understanding of how addiction can destroy lives whether it be self or loved ones. With my compassion for those who struggle with the disease of addiction, I work to help those turn their lives around and support them in rediscovering their own individual purpose. I am passionate about providing an open and trusting space for each of my clients and individualizing each client's treatment plan for therapy.
With the use of CBT, MI, DBT, and Person Centered therapies, I work alongside you to help you get to the place of peace, stability, and healing. Whatever you may be facing, you are not alone in your journey of healing and recovery.
